That Zone alarm privacy script is caused as they are being downloaded from my server and the firewall on wetinred side has added the script, just removing it will amend the error. Many errors on the site have been caused by the file transfers, opening with frontpage destroys the site, it does need the french and german to be validated as html 4.0 but the site wont conform with safari and opera. The site was originally made without frames and set with css, but wetinred's frontpage was ading in codes. (He's just ranting cos its taking me a hell of a long time to fix the site , lol)

Oh and for reference, dont rely totally on dreamweaver for validation there are some codes it does miss.

Liquid Ladies will be running smoothly asap n sorry for any inconvenience caused :)

In the code of the main frameset, there is a part

<!-- ZoneLabs Privacy Insertion -->

<script language='javascript' src='http://127.0.0.1:1026/js.cgi?a&r=20142'></script>

This part causes firefox 1.0 (with windows 2000) to not load the site cause it can not connect to this address cause I have no zone alarm installed. Do you have any idea how this code comes into the page?

Anyway I think its not a good idea to build a site for a single browser only. Any additionally you do not know how long yur site will be displayed by IE correctly. Maybe Microsoft has to rebuild it for security reasons and IE gets more restrictive. If youre interested in it, I have validated the main german page and these are the results:

http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A//www.liquidladies.org/de/index.html

http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?profile=css2&warning=2&uri=http%3A//www.liquidladies.org/de/index.html

I think you have edited the pages very often and now there are many errors in it. Maybe you will do better by recreating the pages with dreamweaver.

BTW: I know its a lot of work to create a website and nobody likes to do it twice. But if you try to own money with a website you have do it correctly like in any other business. There are realy good books about creating webpages, also for using dreamweaver. Trial and error is not the best way in any case.

...I've changed the Liquid Ladies site back to frames, as that's the way it was gonna be done to begin with, till I got talked out of it,LOL. As it seems Firefox and opera had a rough time reading css scripts. Geez, why can't ppl just use IE. What are y'all afraid of? As long as u keep it patched and configured properly, there's no reason in the world not to use it. I understand about ppl not wanting to deal with Microsoft (I don't either)but the product works for any web page. I have had no problems with it over the last couple of years. No hackers, no spyware, no viruses. Pretty soon the more populare Mozilla gets with its firefox browser, hackers are gonna be exploiting it just like IE. Nothings infallible anymore. When the browsers find and patch the holes, the hackers just find another way to get in. There is no utopia among browsers/operating systems these days. But as long as u use a firewall/ad detector spy ware detector and an anti-virus programs, u shouldn't need to worry about it. All these new browsers are doing is making it harder for the ppl making the websites and trying to verify that all the pages are gonna work in all browsers. Some sites may work better in some browsers , but they all work in IE. The LL site should be compatible now except for netscape.(no one uses netscape do they?)

That's my rant for 2005 and I'm going to bed now. Wink Smile  I really would like some responses to this, and also let me know what u think of the site.French and German pages are not in frames yet, so bear with me on that. U can still view the pages in those 2 languages as there is a "no frames" site navigator in it. Peace Man
