I have not looked at the clips, but a wild guess at...

clip 3 = Dawn French....I have this one on a tape someplace. I think it is from her hilarious series "The Vicar of Dibley". Dawn is an oversized lady with a huge comedic talent....and in this clip she is basically taking the mickey (parodying) out of a famous scene from a Playboy video that a playmate once did...making the point that full figured women can be just as sexy...and a heck of a lot funnier.

clip 9...if that is Rachel "somebody"....my guess would be it is probably aussie actress Rachel Blakely from one of her numerous wet scenes in the 1999-2002 tv series "The Lost World".
