I wonder-- If it is true that men abhor erotic images of men, and if a "combination" content (that some women such as Cindy would enjoy), then why is "porno" such a huge business? If anthony is correct, then porno would be marketed to a female audeience (which we know is not true).
I have read that female producers of sexually explicit movies have included the female perspective, which includes more snuggling and foreplay that is the norm in the male part of the adult video business.
I think that "wetclothingcouples" does tend toward the "foreplay" aspect of a relationship, and it might be interesting to see if a more sexual conclusion to the use of wet clothing as part of foreplay might be a "turn on" for some women without "turning off" the male consumer. If it works for the adult film industry, why shouldn't it work for the wetlook film industry?
Of course, without loving and willing couples, whatever Cindy wants will probably not happen. |

By AnthonyX - anthonyx@jowc.net Mon 21/02/05 09:03:40 GMT I think you need to recognize that you are in a very small minority, which will make it difficult to find what you seek.
I should say that I'm glad to see you post your opinion... I think women are under represented here. I'd also like to say that I think your request is entirely valid, and by rights you should be able to find what you are looking for.
When I first created my web site (jowc.net), I wanted to appeal to women as much as men. My experience demonstrated a few interesting things. Firstly, it seems that fewer women go looking on the internet for erotic content than men, although the size of the disparity is arguable. Secondly, the "average" straight woman seems more interested in erotic literature than erotic imagery; they may appreciate pictures of other women on an esthetic level, but not a sexual one. Third, anywhere you find material designed to appeal to men, you will find a sizeable proportion of men who abhor erotic images of other men. It all adds up to a pretty significant dis-incentive for most producers to expand their markets beyond that of erotic female images targetted to straight men. Most producers would likely view the market you represent as too small to exploit on its own, and "combination" content would alienate the market they already have.
I think Erik has been rather courageous in setting up wet clothing couples. It demonstrates a liberal attitude the world could use more of. |

By Cindy - cindyhuffy2u@yahoo.com Sun 20/02/05 17:07:26 GMT Hello, Im Cindy, the wife of Mike (swimlvr591), I have browsed some of the wet sites here, and like the way Eric Elsas has created the wet couples sites. It is appealing to both me and Mike. I am the one who funds this site. I have requested many times, with no replys, that it would be nice to show just as much of the guys as the girls. I would like to see some pics of the guys hard-on. I know there will be some negative reactions, but since both sexes are shown, how "hard" would it be to show the stuff that intrests the females? I may no longer provide funding if there cant be something in there for me. So, how bout it, Eric, how bout giving the girl(s) what they want too? |
