A so-called 'Gautschfest' is like some kind of baptism, during which newly trained printers (and other people working in print/media industry) are being dunked to wash off their sins and finally become full members of the guild. These ancient ceremonies are taking place in several cities throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland each year.
