The link code is made when the message is created... NOT when the message is viewed - it would consume huge amounts of CPU time to process each message each time it's viewed (which would be necessary for your request), that's why it's done when the message is added.

Not so easy to do I'm affraid - all I suggest is that you use FireFox, then just hold the Control key down while you are left clicking the links, and they will all open in new tabs - try it, you'll like it.

PS as Leon says, there are options to open the messages and the message 'Website' links in new windows, which I have set, but this only works for those links.

Please look at the instrucions at the bottom of the forum header.

You can select to have links open in new window and new messages to open in a new window.

Could you change in this forum, that all links will open in new windows?

I think that it could be good improovement.
