I would imagine that if you rotate the frame through 90 degrees (can be done by frame serving through Photoshop) you will end up with the person at the wrong angle. There is a complex way of correcting it, using what is known as a "matte", but each frame has to be corrected individually- which is a tedious task. The simplest way is to convert the clip to an mpeg1 in the existing aspect ratio, it will still play OK on Media Player or Quicktime. If you cannot convert to mpeg1, contact me and I'll show you how. |

By Darret - dramwater@hotmail.com Tue 18/02/03 10:26:15 GMT I'm not sure, but if you shot the 15 second clip in the wrong mode, then maybe you can correct it within the camera. Take another look at the instructions in your camera book.
Hope this helps.

In reply to Message (2334) Question
By Anonymous - Tue 18/02/03 01:17:09 GMT I made a 15 second movie clip. I am a total amateur, so I made the movie clip having my new digital camera in wrong position (vertical instead of horizontal). Now I have a movie clip rotated 90 degrees to right side. Can anyone help me: how to rotate it 90 degrees back to left side, so I can have a normal clip. If help comes, I will post the clip the next week. Thanks in advance. |
