She was willing to indulge me a couple times, once in a bridesmaids dress in the shower (which I enjoyed), but we broke up for other reasons.  My current wife, with a Bachelors in Psych, will indulge me every once in a while, but mostly tries to avoid it.  Unfortunately, in my experience, whether you are going to get satisfied or not seems to have more to do with how open minded and adventurous a woman grew up, and whether she really enjoys turning on her man, rather than whether she understands the origin of the desire.  Having grown up in the US during the women's lib period, I don't think many women my age were told by their mother that if they want to keep a guy around, they ought to **** his brains out in any way that keeps him coming back for more, and that there are a lot of variations out there to experiment with :).  Not in our culture at that time here in the US anyway.   

At least knowing where it comes from makes it easier to start the conversation, I don't know if it helps getting any satisfaction :).  I think that pretty much is determined by how she was wired at a young age.
