Beacuse if you look at the photos you can see a professional cameraman filming the TV reporter, and he has a 20 grand professional video camera with no water proof housing or protection for his camera, and if this

were a real scene there is no way a cameraman could stand so close to the girl without protecting his camera gear from getting ruined by the water attacks from the crowd. So...this is a staged scene where the TV Reporter set this

up and told people to douse her....but they gave specific instructions that nobody was to throw water at the cameraman with his expensive camera........so this is TV reporter fakery.

TV reporters stage these kind of fake shots all the time in the USA whenever they are reporting on flooding events...and they will deliberately find the deepest puddle to stand in...when doing their live shot reportings, and some have even resorted to kneeling in the

water to make it appear deeper than it really is....

Look at this hilarious fake flood scene with the reporter in the canoe....and then some guys walk past her and reveals that the water is only ankle deep.
