Interestingly, this is one of a list of banned subject matters that none of us wetlook producers are allowed to do, because it is banned by the major credit card processors Visa and Mastercard, and they have created rules that prohibit us producers from doing certain themes or showing certain things in our videos, and if we do any of these banned subjects they have threatened to levy fines on us (us to $25,000) if we produce videos with any banned subject matter in our video. The credit card rules go way beyond standard U.S. and EU laws and some of them seem really silly, but nonetheless we are banned from doing those things in our videos, yet mainstream tv shows and movies and millions of youtubes can do those same things, yet we as small time producers are banned from doing them. One of those subject matters concerns the consumption of alcohol.....you see this on tv and movies and millions of youtubes, but we can't show somebody consuming alcohol or acting drunk in our wetlook videos cos now our credit card processor have threatened us with huge fines and or seizure of our merchant account funds if we show that in our videos. Also we are now banned from doing any kind of simulated scenes that purport to show "mind control" or hypnosis....even if it is play-acting. Some of the subjects they ban are logical...i.e. you can't do a scene where a model is play acting at being drunk or under the influence and engaging in sexual activity while pretending to be under the influence...we can thank Bill Cosby for that rule. Other banned subjects seem unfair to me...e.g. the finale drowning scene in the movie "Casino Royale" is an amazing scene, and so is the drowning and rescue scene in James Cameron's film "The Abyss"...as were numerous drowning and rescue scenes in the tv series "Baywatch"....yet as somebody who has made many similar scenes in our underwater videos over the years, we are now banned from doing such simulated drowning and rescue scenes.
So these days there is a huge double standard regarding what subject matters mainstream movies and tv shows and youtube people are allowed to show, and small time video producers are not allowed to do those same themes, and there are numerous subject matters they are allowed to show that we are banned from doing......so...you will not see wetlook parties made by a wetlook producer showing people drinking alcohol or acting drunk.....cos that is a $25,000 fine from our credit card processor if we show that.

By Roscoe_BC - Thu 09/07/15 23:15:22 GMT I've got to rate this one of the best for a few reasons, mostly different than MK's (not to say I don't agree with his, just in addition to):
The girl who is mostly the subject is gorgeous, nicely put together, not overweight.
She is very nicely dressed, sexy dress, heels, nice hair, classy looking, obviously put some effort into her appearance, doesn't even remotely look like she was planning on getting dunked.
When she gets thrown in, she comes up smiling, stays in with her apparent boyfriend, even dancing around a bit in the pool.
She attempts to pull her nicely dressed friend in too.
Wish I could find a girl like that.
The one negative about the vid, in my opinion, is the overabundance of shots of people chugging hard liquor straight out of the bottle like drinking water. Sure I drink, but people can die doing that. Not something to promote in a YouTube.

By Soak_ed - soak_ed@hotmail.com Wed 08/07/15 21:01:22 GMT Everybody has their own taste and own opinions. I try to avoid posting videos and claim they are the "best" of anything except maybe the best for my taste. We are all different. |
