Hi, yes, it was not a game show, it was the training exercises you mentioned. Now if i could just find the youtube video of it. i had it once, but cant find the link.

Perhaps you're thinking of the Dutch training events for how to escape from a car when you drive into a sloot (they do it all the time there, obviously!). There are some stills in post 31759 (Archive 317) - the mijnalbum ones. Perhaps Martijn/Zeeleeuwtje, who found these stills, can help with the videos.
