Well....wetlook is a harmless fetish where people do not get hurt........contrast that with the fetish that claimed the lives of actor David Carradine, singer Michael Hutchence of INXS and 1940's horror star Albert Dekker (Doctor Cyclops) who all died while going too far engaging in their fetish for "autoerotica" (erotic asphyxiation).

On the scale of things....wetlook falls on the very mild and harmless side of things that is not likely to hurt one's tv or movie career.....compare that to the outrageous fetish often talked about in Hollywood concerning Milton Berle and now in the UK with Cliff Richard (too gross to mention here but Google their names and you read can plenty about it).....not to mention Richard Gere who is alleged to share a commonly known fetish in the UK for sticking live gerbils down your pants, and Gere was also reported to have been admitted to hospital in the 1990's to have a gerbil removed from a part of his body where the sun don't shine. All these things have not hurt their careers.

Other well known actors and celebs like Wilfred Brambell, George Michael and George Maharis all got arrested and sent to jail while engaging in their "glory hole" fetishes......they still carried on with their careers.

There are many famous celebs that get their jollies in unusual ways....look at the 2 stars from The Twilight movie series.....their interest has not hurt their careers

So long as a fetish is safe and not illegal, then in today's society anything is tolerated.....

J Edgar Hoover of the FBI and 1950's actor Jeff Chandler were well known crossdressers...though Jeff's then girlfriend Esther Williams eventually broke up with him cos as she wrote in her biography she got fed up with him going thru her closet and whenever she got dressed up to the nine's for a Hollywood party he was more interested in her dress than he was paying attention to her.

In 2015 this is the era of Caitlyn Jenner.....so nobody today can call you weird any more when transgender people are now fully accepted into the mainstream,

First, off, congratulations!  It's not easy to land good acting gigs.  Break a leg!  And thanks for your honesty and your respect for the community.  I for one am happy that one of us is getting famous.

And yeah, I agree with everyone else, especially what Sleazoid44 said.  Famous people, especially actors, are into to such freaky shit, I don't think wetlook will raise any eyebrows.  Now, if you were doping girls with Quaaludes and having sex with them while they were unconscious, well, that could be a problem!

Besides, I think there are others who have been pretty open.  I remember that one interview with Bo Derek on her ranch, where, after a horse ride, she simply walked into the jacuzzi in her jeans and shirt and continued the interview like it was the normalest thing in the world.  And I remember an episode of The Surreal Life where Brigitte Nielsen talked about how she liked getting wet in her clothes.  Check it out here starting at about 1:45

Good luck!  And when you make it big, be sure to advocate for more wetlook scenes in your TV shows and movies!

I have a very new (to me) problem, and I'm hoping for some advice. Up until pretty recently, I was just as anonymous as the next guy, but I'm an actor and a pilot I starred in was recently picked up by a very well-known outlet and is going to be airing on a pretty major channel in a matter of weeks. Now, I've had an awful lot of wetlook adventures and have gotten an awful lot of ladies wet and then ghosted on them, and I'm terrified (TERRIFIED) that this is all going to come out, especially if the show does well. If I'm, like, a famous guy, and people start reminiscing about me, there are an awful lot of girls from high school and college who'll be like, "Oh yeah, I knew him. He photographed me in the bathtub with my clothes on once." Or twice. Or three times. Or ten (sorry Kate from my dorm, you were super gullible). This isn't me trying to brag, about either my wetlook adventures or my possibly impending semi-fame, just to vent and maybe have someone tell me that it might all be ok. I don't want to see this on TMZ or see old wet photos of me plastered online (and they're out there, I assure you). I just am really nervous that I'm going to bring scrutiny on the community, and I really don't want that, because I love you guys and I don't think there's a damn thing wrong with our interest. I guess what I'm asking, forum, is am I overreacting? Or am I totally screwed and about to have my fetish laid bare for everyone to see?
