The weather conditions are also a factor....and there is a slim corridor for decent wetlook to happen...i.e. if the weather is too cold then nobody shows up at the fountains, and if the weather is too hot then most people wear shorts (which is no good for most wetlook fans)  and they do not wear jeans or pants etc....so decent wetlook scenes only happens if the weather is moderate and not too hot or cold.

The situation is no better in most other cities in Europe...e.g there used to be great wetlook events in Germany in the 1990's.....not so today in 2015, cos none the pool parties or events in Germany produce full clothing wetlook scenes any more because the fashion trends today are mostly shorts as well. Same thing in Thailand as well...i.e. in the 1990's the water festival wetlook scenes were great and I went there for 15 years, and then I stopped going there after 2011 because I could no longer find the better wetlook scenes any more. Same thing with the LoveFest event in Berlin and StreetParade festival in Zurich.....they used to be great 10-15 years ago, but they are non existent or boring or devoid of interesting wetlook today. Things are even worse in the USA where I live, there are no great wetlook events that happen anywhere in the USA any more.

Despite the changing times Paris and Moscow are still the best cites that have the most amount of fountains and more wetlook happens in those 2 cities than any other city I know of. If you know of any other cities where wetlook events happen regularly, then let us know and I will try to hire cameramen to capture those events.

But there is some good news to report on the Moscow fountains situation, while some fountains have now been closed off and the public are no longer allowed to play in them, there is a great new fountain plaza that just opened a couple of years ago where the fountains shoot up from the ground (similar to those in London and Atlanta) and since some other fountains have now been closed off for public access, many people now play in that new plaza where the fountains shoot up from the ground, and you can often see office girls in their office attire playing in those fountains. Our 3 camera guys have captured lots of footage from those new fountains this year and some of it is very interesting. I have not started to post the new 2015 footage yet...I am still posting scenes from 2011 and 2012 at this time....so what you are seeing now is the backlog of unreleased footage that was shot in 2011 and 2012 and I will be posting the footage from 2013, 2014 and 2015 in future updates on the site.  FYI as my Candidwetlook.com VIP sponsors know, they get exclusive access to receive all the newest footage as it comes in, sent to them on Blu-Ray disks, because those people sponsor the costs for me to hire the cameramen and pay for their travel expenses and hotel bills and labor charges, so those folks who sponsor the site get all the new media sent to them on disks as soon as it comes in, and they do not have to wait 2-3 years to see all the new scenes, because the updates on the download store site are always 3 years behind when those items were shot, because we get so much footage sent in each year the site is constantly having a 3 year backlog of unreleased clips.....so the Candidwetlook site is like looking at a star in the sky....i.e. what you are actually seeing today is something that already happened 3 years in the past.
