If the bathroom is mostly white or of other light color, take a bright work light, 200-500W, set it on the ground as far from the tub as possible and direct it to its adjacent wall or to the ceiling.
Maybe the white balance of the camera has to be adjusted (if wall and ceiling are not pure white), but you get ambient light, a safe distance and no danger of the light toppling over. If its an incandescent light, they get extremely hot, keep that in mind! But now there are good LED work lights with similar brightness. |

The only location I have at the moment is the bathtub in my apartment. There is no window in the bathroom, and the only source of light is an incandescent light bulb on the ceiling. I thought about using studio light, but I am worried about it falling over and electrecuting the model...
How do you deal with these issues?
