Thank you for the question. I have worn pantyhose under my jeans. Very interesting you should ask about flare jeans because I just bought a vintage pair of flair jeans and wore them in the pool yesterday but they were not tight enough. Have you thought about also wearing pantyhose or thigh highs under your jeans or pants when getting wet. They feel great and especially when they are wet. Also do you have any bootcut or flare jeans and pants. I like these when they cover part of a womens high heel or boot.
