I ordered from Perfect Wetlook and had the same problems with a few of their videos. Then I joined Shannon Wetlook and had the same problem at first. Then Shannon (or whoever runs the site) told me to add .zip to the end of the file. It worked. Now, I'm not sure if it will work on all .zip files. I tried again to open the PW files and still couldn't open the videos. But the Shannon site seemed to have fixed my problem. Never occurred to me to try that.

Soooooo........ my suggestion is that you take the file, add .zip to it and let me know if it works.

Ok I been here for many years now never ordered anything before today I decide to order a video from a site didn't work they got my money and I got nothing then I tried to order pics from another site to see and that didn't work neither they got my money and I got nothing so I'm beginning to think that buying videos and pics off these site are all a scam they take your money and you get nothing I here of other people having the same problem what the hell is going on here
