I think this looks promising for two reasons.

First, being as random and amateur as it is, it will create great variety.  It has already produced a variety of situations and backgrounds that one producer would be unlikely to create.  

Second, it gives a talented photographer and model an avenue to get their work out without having to also be web developers.  Currently, a producer must be part artist and part web geek.

That is an uncommon combination that limits the variety of work that is out there.

My only concern is that personally my taste leans toward more formal, like Mary showering down in a crisp white blouse, jacket, skirt, stockings and heels, or her shoot in the black evening dress, jacket and heels, Olya in a hot clubbing outfit, Nastya in her white lace dress and heels in the tub, Anya, a stunning lady, hair to her waist, in skin tight pants, heels, jacket and blouse, taking a swim for us.  Those are not casual shoots, they requires girls who are willing to put in some effort and risk some more formal outfits.

Will this format encourage the models to put in that much effort, and take that much risk, to produce the higher end product?  

My guess is, not without a lot of management, but I will be watching :).
