Don't get me wrong!

I like simple solutions and the most simple one is a stream of image sets. Also the clean look of the girls is very good, they are all very pretty and wear nice clothing.

(I would pay a few bucks more to see some of these nice clothes get messy with food like chocolate before a bath or shower, but that is another story...)

My advice as a developer would be:

Allow some of your trusted "pro"-users do the tagging. To me I think it would be a fun job to do.

Of course it would take more than a month to work through all your image sets and tag everything with "hair color", "clothing" and "color (of) clothing".

For example "blonde", "jeans" + "blue jeans", "heels" + "black heels", "sneakers" + "white sneakers", "pants" + "white pants", "blouse" + "red blouse" and so on.

I could even go into further details on how to do this efficiently, but I think you get the idea.

In a wordpress system like yours user administration is easy to do. You could give some users only one permission: tag content.
