Yes, they're reliable. I've made three different orders and never had an issue. Photos are very high-quality and video is pretty good but could be better -- it's a little grainy, likely due to file compression and light overexposure. Sort of like the HQ videos from wetlooker but a few grades better. (Off-topic, but those wetlooker.com videos are still a major disappointment given the high quality of their photos. Not sure why they can't manage to shoot better video ...)

I consider buying some clips on wetlook.biz. Do you know if they are reliable ? What's about the quality of the videos ?

Do they have a good customer service ?
