unfortunately what is harmless to us is offensive to others. For me...offensive media is when I see preachers on tv begging for money...who air tv shows with telephone numbers and credit cards constantly at the bottom of the screen...trying to con little old ladies out of their social security checks.

Paypal have constantly changed their definition of "adult media" over the last 12 months....originally defining adult media in the usual way....but recently they have now adopted a stance that adult media which they prohibit is any media that is designed to caused arousal. So...under that definition, almost any media that somebody deems has no artistic merit and is only designed to arouse somebody...even if they are fully clothed...is no different to Playboy magazine.

I guess thats what Webshots is now looking at when they review the albums...i.e. what is the purpose of this site...is this somebody's vacation pics...do these pics have any merit...or is this just a fetish site.

Unfortunately...it is very easy to spot which Webshots albums are legitimate photo sites for family albums, college antics, vacation trips etc...and which webshot albums are "worship sites" that worship a particular pecadilo.

Hosting you stuff on free webhosts and trying to adhere to their constantly changing terms of use rules...is like trying to play football when they keep moving the goal posts.
