Dean Pearcy was my first introduction to wetlook. I still have every image I ever saved in several dozen 144Meg floppy disks and have a unit to view them as well. Back then an image was little more than 10 or 20 KB, could store hundreds of pix on a disk, now a days one image might not fit. Once in a while I might get soppy and senti Mental and break them out, yeah the quality by todays standards is crud but the quality of the subject matter was light years ahead compared to most of what is found today. And that B&W sight, vintage wetlook it was a sub site, can't recall it's parent site, might have been vintage wetlook, gone, Ah well, time marches on, either fade away or join the parade. |
