In many cases though, the actual pictures haven't been archived, only the thumbnails (and in some cases not even those)

Someone mentioned the wayback machine a few days ago on the forum. Although I knew about its existence and had played with it a little in the past, I never thought of using it to see old wetlook content which is no longer available. For example, Splashinfashion.com (Wet Kahuna), as well as a lot of content from Waminstyle.com that is no longer on their site. I spent several hours with it.

Really proves that nothing is ever truly deleted from the internet!
