It can still vary a bit on DDG, sometimes they may look wet (like the first "Ophelia pre-shrinks her velvet dress"), and sometimes they just "feel" wet as they are totally immersed and dancing around underwater, or laying back in the bath in a long dress (see the second "Ophelia pre-shrinks her velvet dress"). Occasionally the AI totally messes it up (like the dry girls hanging on the outside of the ferris wheel, when they should be inside the pods/cars twirling round and getting dunked at the bottom of the ride, in "Last Ride of the Day"). Sometimes I just have to make do with a description because the AI doesn't understand how theme park rides work (like "The UFO ride" and "They came from somewhere else"), and sometimes gets it wonderfully perfect, like the animation of Wanda sinking beneath the surface of the waves in a long flowing dress in "Ocean Soul (video)" which worked on the first render, based on the still picture, without any retries, and even got featured on the DDG "Trending" page :) Have phun :)

I've been having fairly good luck with the Ideogram-v2 bot on Poe.com - it generally lets you create anything as long as your prompt isn't overly sexual in content (it goes haywire over the term "big breasts", for example...). It's a bit of a hit and miss whether you get pictures where clothes actually look wet, though...

Or even Deep Dream Generator (no it's not my website, but I find it has improved enough to be worth me mentioning it). I use it almost exclusively (see Website link above) including for stories, which I now write in the description field, after the foreign site which hosted my old stories (Bravenet) got a bug in it, causing it to return 403's on every page a few months ago. Have phun :)

I don’t get it. Bing is prude. Bing does not want people generating anything that anyone could find even remotely alluring like wetlook. It’ll let you generate a couple of images or a few images but then it’ll cut you off. Instead of playing games and trying to find new ways to get around Bing’s censors, why don’t you just use image generators like Getimg, Hotpot, Ipic, Promptchan or Tengr? They’ll let you generate wetlook all day long and they just won’t care.
