I recently purchased a clip form Reg Productions and had the payment confirmed by PayPal. Although it si stated on the website that download codes will ake up to 12 hours, I have now been waiting for several days. i did email the webmaster but I have not even had a reply. If this is the case when trying out new sites then i think i will stick to whom I know and trust in the future.

I am putting this post on the forum simply because I cannot get an answer from the site and in the vain hope that it will be read and acted upon. It is a last resort but doers not say a lot for the site's organisation.
