I use internet explore to view my photo's. with window xp & win 98
right click on any thumbnail and scoll to "open with" then click internet explore....done. Using internet explore you can also send photo to your desktop by right clicking on photo and select "set as desk top item" "not as background" you can view as many photo at once this way.
if later you don't like using it then do the same but select..windows picture & fax viewer.
hope this helps |
In reply to Message (30150) Viewing in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
By Wetshape - Thu 05/07/07 06:45:02 GMT Hi anyone know of an alternative Viewer to Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, which seams to loose the sharpness of fotos. I find myself reopening in Internet explorer to get picture quality, but of course cannot flick through my folders as in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Some photographers go to great lengths to capture wetlook in their photos. Windows Picture and Fax Viewer doesn't do them justice. Thanks
