I think the 2002 article pretty much answers the question...i.e. no wetlook occurred...cos it says...
"while posing as raincoat models"
...so they were posing in raincoats.....which negates all possibility of wet clothing scenes.

By aquaboots - Mon 17/11/08 01:06:24 GMT I came across this a while back and am finally getting around to asking about it:
http://www.multichannel.com/article/CA210992.html (first article, "Rainy Day Women")
It mentions they had to pose under a hose. Has anyone seen this spread? Did any of the ladies actually get wet at all, or were they all under umbrellas? Does anyone have a copy they could scan and post?
