Hi,
did you tried once again after 10 minutes? What is happening (and we cannot do anything about it) is that CCbill sometimes gives back the "PAID" info to our system later then usual... OF course because the confirmation that a certain cart ID is paid is missing, our system said that "there is no cart ID available" to download.
BUT usually this only happens when their system is highly used and the things are back to normal in few minutes (they send over the info that the cart ID is paid and the system makes the cart ID available for download.
CCbill is a very good, trustworthy system... but sometimes like every system it have it's problems.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Just purchased some of the 2nd Pool Party Videos and received the cart ID (and the link) from CC:Bill by email within seconds, but guess what: NO ACCESS
No Cart ID defined or no videos found for the specified Cart ID or your cart ID has expired. Please make sure that you putting in your EuroWAM.net cart ID, NOT your Mothership order number!
It has expired within 10 seconds??? That's (hopefully) impossible.
Does anyone experience the same? This is not good.
