She doesn't get wet anymore on the DVD - I've seen not only the last 30 minutes. Still if you want DVD quality it is worth buying. Very good wetlook in this song. The DVD can is avialable worldwide as far as I know. I bought it in Saturn in Arkadia Mall in Warsaw for 40 zloties (about 12 USD).

it was on a concert DVD Live in Las Vegas. and from what I saw (the last 1/2 of the DVD) she didnt get wet any other times. During this particular song, tho, she was in and out for the whole 5 minutes and 24 seconds

Excellent!

I liked her outfit! Though such music isn't to my taste, I enjoyed the video.

Still I have some questions. How long did the concert last? True, she got her jeans wet in a few seconds, but was she showered again? Were was the concert? MTV movie awards?
