let's see if I can help.

Your image files are located on your computers harddisk, most likely in a directory like My Documents or My Images.

To link the images you must upload them to some website where you can link to. And here it goes:

1. Create a new post here in the forum.
2. Switch HTML tags on. (see Image 1)
3. Open a new browser window.
4. Visit ImgageShack at http://imageshack.us/
5. On the right side you see an input field which ends with a button called "Browse..." (see Image 2)

   (The Button can have other names if your language is not English, like "Durchsuchen" in German)

6. Click the "Browse..." button.
7. In the "Upload file" dialog locate one of your image files and click Open.
8. On the imageshack site again, click the "host it" button. Wait until upload is finished.
9. Now you see a bunch of input fields. The first one is named "Thumbnail for Websites". (see Image 3)
10. Click into the input field. Press [Ctrl]+[A]. Then press [Ctrl]+[C] to copy the link text.
11. Click into the "Text for the Message" input field on the forum site.
12. Press [Ctrl]+[V] to insert the link text. Hit [Enter] one or two times.
13. If you have more images to upload, change to the imageshack browser window and click "Upload another image" on top of the site.
14. Repeat steps 6 to 12.
15. If you have uploaded all images you can post the message. Please click the "Preview" button first and check if the message looks like you want it. Then click the "Submit" button.

Of corse you can put some text into your Message to.
