Has anyone noticed that in the previous Comedy Falle clip with the pool with plastic balls noone of the participants had. (or am I wrong?)

1)Wristwatches

2)The women didn't have handbags

3)No one seemed to have a mobile phone on the neck or on the belt or anywhere visible.

So it could either be 1)actors 2)people who were invited to take part in a TV show. Probably they didn't know the exact scenario but they were warned in some way.

Thus I presume it wasn't really a practical joke played on unsuspecting people. So noone should get hurt or upset in this case.

And about setting such a trap for real. It crossed my mind before I saw the clip but only read about it. But technically it's impossible to carry out. (to have a digging machine, to dig a big hole etc.etc.)

I can not say that if this was fake or not, however I can say that if someone set up something like this in the US in all likelyhood they could be charged with assault or sued. I don't know if Germany has the same standards for criminal/civil liability but I did study EU law some time ago and I can say that every one of those "victims" had to sign a release to allow themselves to be put on TV. That is why I don't lose too much sleep over this.
