No, it is not a Beefest. When typographers finished their apprenticeship in Germany it is an old custom that they were dunked by their colleagues. This traditional initiation ritual is called Gautschen. If you search for this word in Google you will certainly find a lot more pictures.

We often see some spectacular photos of women getting dunked in tanks at, what I beleive is a German beerfest. What is the website that these photos come from? I have a bunch of the photos but can't seem to find a lind to the site.
