It couldn't be plus 2 model years from 1941 unless it is a military vehicle. No civilian automobiles were made in model years 1943-1945 because all available factories were engaged exclusively in production of military equipment for World War 2. 1942 model year cars, manufactured in late 1941, are rare. |

I tried a few google image searches, and the closest match I could come up with is a 1941 Chrysler Windsor. If it's not that, it would have to be +/- one or at most two model years, and still in the Chrysler line.
