just looking around to see what would turn up..
and http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090110204935AAljAsY
The question: "Do you think that wearing high heels will make me swim faster as an alternative to swim fins ? My brother the other day threw me into our pool as a joke, and i was wearing heels with straps and i swam back up to the surface and it was like fast. I just got home from my friends house. But do you really think it would make me swim faster ?"
one of the commenters responded: "Wearing high heels only helps - and never hurts. You most likely were swimming faster because you felt better about yourself and they made your rear look bettter."

In reply to Message (54191) off topic: flippers with high heels - not for sale, but I'd like to buy it!
By Jessica - friends@fantasystockings.com Sat 05/05/12 07:15:02 GMT Website: http://fantasywetlook.com// www.fantasywetlook.com Belgian artist Paul Schietekat came up wtih flippers on high heels – High Tide Heels. To tell you the truth, I’d buy one! But, they are no longer for sale. Looks like there was no market for it. There are photos of these shoes on the web worn by models – cool, elegant and weird at the same time.
