The girl in the black mini dress jumps off the boat. It goes by in a flash, and I think that's a swim dress, not "street" clothing, so I'm about as underwhelmed as you are.

Good part starts around 0:37. As they show it in action, one of the girls on board is in a dress. At first, we see her briefly in the hot tub, but then she jumps from the boat and we get a full view.
