There may be a possible answer why we missed it....i.e. we never saw it.....cos perhaps that episode never aired in the USA.....cos if you Google search what series did Carla do for CBS you come up with a prematurely cancelled sci fi tv series called THRESHOLD....that aired in 2005....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Threshold_(TV_series)
This series only ran for 13 episodes, and it got cancelled after only 9 episodes and the last 4 episodes were never aired in the USA....and only aired on Sky Channel in the UK....so maybe that scene happened on one of the 4 unaired episodes.
If you want it....I know a tv forum that has all 13 episodes uploaded to Rapidshare if you want to check things out.....my suggestion would be...to download the last 4 episodes first.....but if you like sci fi...you may want to download the entire series.

By AnthonyX - anthonyx@jowc.net Mon 03/09/12 20:36:24 GMT The "rorax" link just takes you to a gallery with a zillion pics... the pic of interest has her walking through what looks like some sort of service tunnel, wearing a slip and looking somewhat disheveled.
Maybe a more direct link will work... http://www.rorax.com/img/85/large/94625695_Gugino.jpg

By AnthonyX - anthonyx@jowc.net Mon 03/09/12 20:30:21 GMT I found this pic of Carla Gugino:
(If it doesn't display, you can always try the following link instead) http://iwdb.wampedia.org/Image.aspx?ID=2177
Looking like there might be an overlooked WAM scene... Anyone know what movie/tv show/episode that's from? Was there a wet or messy scene surrounding the action captured in this pic? Was obviously broadcast on CBS in HD, but that fact probably doesn't narrow things down much.
