Again, I think it's just another example of "anything goes" when you are a celebrity... no wrong answers, can do no wrong, no such thing as bad publicity. This will probably fade into obscurity in no time as an off the cuff joke answer. Even if it doesn't, and is taken as a bit of truth slipping out, it will simply add to her perceived kinkiness in support of her celebrity profile.

Think about Janet Jackson and her infamous wardrobe malfunction. Any fine she may have had to pay for a "broadcast standards" violation would have been more than made up for by the boost to her celebrity profile and increased recording, concert ticket, and whatever else sales, not to mention the fees she could command for future media appearances.
