Please forgive my poor english,....
I feel sorry for the girl, but not very much for the camera guy.
The girl didnīt look very happy about it, and maybe there would be some damaging to her belongings in her bag, a smartphone for example, or an electronic car key.
Sure, itīs a shame getting his expensive equipment wasted, and it was wrong to push him in. But the guy was very intrusive with his cam, he was making money with the picture of her and other events happened there. Iīm a little twisted there, i surely like candid footage, but itīs not right making money with participants not knowing theyīll end up as a wanking device. So i donīt have many sympathies for this guy. Getting tossed in on such a location is a little bit occupational hazard in some way. One day you make a lot of money with filming girls, the other day you get your equipment ruinied. Karmaīs a bitch. |

By anon - Tue 11/08/15 13:18:19 GMT You can apply the fun with a willing participant point to both push ins. She does not appear to be willing or having fun. Maybe her friend did it, maybe she 'took it in good spirits' after, but before that somebody twice her size and strength physically forced her to do something she didn't want to. None of these maybes are mitigating circumstances to throwing a girl in a fountain against her will. |

By Wetimer - Tue 11/08/15 11:06:06 GMT No. I have a problem with that too.
However, we don't know what happened earlier in the story. It is at least possible that she was thrown in by people she knew, and she knew what was happening. It is at least possible that she would have taken it in good spirits, even if unlikely, and I'm pretty sure she would have been upset anyway. I very much doubt she got up in the morning anticipating being drenched in her clothes.
It is also likely that some of her possessions were ruined too.
However, with the photographer that was thrown in, I can't see any mitigating circumstances whatsoever. |

By Wetimer - Isthisobscureenough@yahoo.co.uk Tue 11/08/15 07:25:19 GMT I feel so sorry for that guy. Those two bullies that pushed him in behave like total thugs. The way they ran off afterwards... I can't see then coming forward and owning up. I hope he was able to use the video evidence to sure them for damages. There's a world of difference between fun with a willing participant and this. Which looks moot like assault. |
