I also had some troubles in the past, but then I came across the fact, that you have to be careful on the letters. If you have an SZ = ß in your name or for example your street name, you should enter SS. It depends where you live. If your name has some diphtongs in it like ö ä ü you must use oe ae ue instead.

That's a bit tricky but it should work. If you still have issues, try to contact the support. They are actually really kind and helped me out many times, when a download failed or if the links didn't work. They fixed it each time and I absolutely got what I paid for, even with troubles first.

The person who faces troubles each time on every website he tried does something particularly wrong. No doubt on that!

Hello! I'm trying to buy some clips from http://clips4sale.com/100399 but my credit card keeps getting rejected. I tried two cards, and no success. Anyone is having the same issue? I know the card is fine, because I have bought other things with it. Thanks!
