A Toronto news station ran a story this past week about videos posted by a realtor to sell high-end condos in Toronto.

One of the videos clipped into the news item showed a woman getting her nice dress soaked with a drink, and getting herself messed with food while wearing another nice dress, all done is a sexy, seductive way.
