Nice to hear from you, Laszlo. In reply to your question, I very much hope I'll get to some English beaches this year - I'm going a bit stir-crazy here. But there are currently two separate properties for sale in the Aberdeen area, neither of which I currently own, but on both of which I am the person who has to be available to sign the legal documents, and arrange the clearing out of the furniture etc when somebody buys them. Plus, given the condition of my 95 year-old father, there is a very strong likelihood that I shall spend part of the summer obliged to be within reach of Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, or arranging a funeral, or both.
You will understand, Laszlo, that Aberdeen is about the same distance from Bournemouth as Budapest is from Rome, so I can't just nip down for the afternoon. Aberdeen actually has a better beach than Bournemouth - 14 miles/21Km of sand, continuous apart from the two rivers which cross it - though I guess we now have to subtract the bit at the far end which has been taken over by Trump. But it doesn't really have the climate for wetlook..... However, if you see some pics with an "Ab" prefix appear in my Flickr site, you'll know I have found some wetlook even in Aberdeen.
I'll do my best for you - and even more so, for me! |

By Laszlo - ocean51@freemail.hu Wed 25/04/18 17:30:57 GMT Dear Mr. Jolly Wet, Thank you for your persistence and hard work as a result of which you could present such nice pictures to all of us. Are you going to pay visits to the beach of Bournemouth this year, as well? Yours faithfully, László
