Depends on the definition of producer. It it has to be model content, or just Wetlook content.

If modeled:

1-3) Leonmoomin/MostWam/Wetlooker (can’t decided between them)

4-5) Eileen/WetClipsNL (former WetlookDVD)

That’s judging by my preference and downloaded content.

If nit only Model stuff, than Mark (Wamtec) has to get one of the top spots, as I’m not really a fan of his modeled stuff (too oldish for me) but his candids are welll the definition of candid wetlook. He seems to find the best photographers and the most material, and as I love candid stuff, I love his work.
