Next, where you suggest that Patreon should offer more "exclusive" media, that concept would only work for Wetlook producers who are currently active AND they only produce G rated and PG rated  content. The Patreon terms of service rules do not allow wetlook producers to promote :"erotic wetlook" or :"fetish wetlook". They only allow non nude media and media that is deemed to be artistic in nature. As I mentioned earlier....most Patreon videos are hosted from Vimeo, so that means that the Patreon terms of service rules are a moot point because in reality your media must comply with Vimeo's TOS rules.....which are similar to Patreon....i.e. nothing erotic or sexually fetish oreinted. some nudity can be allowed provided your media is regarded as high class art....and not blatant fetishism.

Therefore, Patreon can be a useful tool for non nude wetlook producers, and some may decide to offer exclusive media, but that is entirely at the discretion of the producer and what he decides to do. Patreon may "suggest" offering exclusive scenes, but they do not require it, so that decision is entirely an optional decision that producers may or may not decide to do.

For wetlook producers who produce harder fetish oriented wetlook (like myself) then you cannot use Patreon so easily, because then you run afoul of the TOS rules imposed by Patreon and Vimeo.

In my case, I have a totally different use for Patreon. I do NOT offer exclusive media (and nowhere in my membership options do I suggest that)....and I use Patreon has a  conduit "gateway" site to allow my customers who wish to use Paypal.....because Paypal will not allow me to install Paypal buttons on my Wamtec Megastore site, and I get many requests from folks who want to use Paypal to buy clips from my Megastore site, and I have to turn them away because I cannot install Paypal on my external sites. Patreon allows my customers to use Paypal and join my Patreon, and then I offer folks 100% rebates to get downloads off my Megastore site.....i.e. if they want to buy $30 worth of Megastore clips and use Paypal, now all they have to do is donate $30 to my Patreon account and then forward their Patreon receipt to me, and then I send them the links to download the Wamtec Megastore videos they want. So, I set up 3 tiers of memberships on Patreon, for those who want to get choose from 3 to  10 Megastore download videos per month. Therefore the customer not only gets access to my videos on my Patreon account, they ALSO get 3 to 10 free downloads per month from my Wamtec Megastore site as well. It's a win win for the customer, they ALSO get BOTH  my Megastore Downloads + my Patreon videos , and use Paypal, which they cannot use directly on my Megastore site.

I agree with the comment that you need to SHOW a fair amount of FREE videos on your Patreon channel as well....because who wants to look at a Patreon channel where all the videos and pics are locked and only members can see things. I believe that Patreon should also be used like a blog to display FREE pics and videos where ANYBODY can watch them without having to be a member. FYI....so far I have loaded 43 videos to my Patreon channel....and only 20 of those were "members only videos"....and I made 23 videos as PUBLIC videos where ANYBODY can see them, without the need fo register or login.....so you can see 23 free videos on my channel already........thats a 50/50 ratio.....I plan to make at least 50% of all videos in my channel as PUBLIC videos that you do not need to be a member to see. I can't be any more fair than that.

Lastly, a SECOND benefit....is a protective security measure. The first benefit is that my customers and supporters can use Paypal....whereas I cannot use Paypal on my sites, and the second benefit is that  I can offer a lot more free videos from my archives, with less riisk that I will get deleted again by Youtube. I have had my prior 2 Youtube channels suspended and deleted.....but now using my Patreon channel as a gateway tool, I can make most of my future Youtube videos as UNLISTED on Youtunbe , so they cannot be seen on my Youtube channel, but then I can paste those links into my Patreon channel, where they can be seen ONLY by folks who visit my Patreon channel. This means that most of my uploads to Youtube in future will become invisible to most Youtube folks, and only visible on my Patreon channel, meaning I am less likely to have my Youtube channel suspended in future because I will not have to deal with all the trolls on Youtube, but all the ttue wetlook fans who like my videos can only see them on Pateron. So....I plan to use Patreon as a conduit for Paypal customers. and a shield that gives me better protection from all the trolls on Youtube.

Nope....Patreon would NOT be better than using Clips4sale or UMD. I have BOTH a clips4sale store and also a UMD store....and those allow me to post my fully uncensored videos, including X rated scenes. You can NOT post "porn" on Patreon, that would violate their TOS rules. The reality is, I must censor and edit my media on Patreon very carefully, in order to comply wit their rules. The only promises I make, is that my Patreon members can get from 3 to 10 downloads from my Wamtec Megastore, where I am allowed to host hardcore media.....because it is my own server and I can set my own rules on my own server, provided I follow standard CC company rules for what they allow.  For example. I have tons of Candid Wetlook media. and that is now banned on UMD and on Clips4sale, and Patreon would not allow it either....but I can host Candid Wetlook media on my Megaastore site, but I cannot accept Paypal....but Candid Wetlook fans who want to use Paypal just need to join my Patreon and then send me the receipt with a list of Candid files they want, and I will send then download links for said media.

I have not announced my Patreon test channel yet...I am still testing it.., but you can take a look and give me some suggestions.....whats not to like....because 50% of the videos on my channel are PUBLIC videos you can watch for free without needing to register or login.

If you have suggestions on how to improve things, let me know.  Bear in mind I am not an "active" producer who creates new media that can be made :"exclusive". I do not offer exclusive scenes because I am basically retired 4 years ago, so am I just a :"Archival Producer"  who has a lot of stuff from my 29 years of wetlook shoots....so I just post stuff from my archives.

The only drawback to using Patreon for me, is that I cannot post my full uncut scenes and I have to edit and censor my media to make then more PG rated, because most of my archives are R and X rated,
