wildlife photography, it gives you a great excuse to walk and crawl around in wet and muddy places, just a week ago or so i came back from the cemetery shooting wildlife and on the way home there was a flooded foot tunnel, waist deep so i went and took some pictures, waded right into the tunnel, was wearing a long ankle length velvet dress and heels with a heavy wool coat, i hadn't planned on getting soaked but i gave my bag to my gf and just took the camera,

other times i been sloshing through muddy foot paths and fields.

as for the running events it doesnt appeal to me taking part as i prefer my muddy in classic dress heels sort of thing but when i used to go park run i would volunteer to marshal / cheer the runners on, i'd pick the muddiest spots where the runners would run through and i'd get soaked in muddy splashes.

I would love to be able to get wet&muddy and see other people doing the same . Running in muddy trails on pouring rain is very nice and no one seems to pay attention to that too much. What else are your favourite ways to get publicly wet or preferably dirty?
