Using your imagination, how does it feel. The feeling as the water rises through the layers, the movement of the clothes under water is amazing, then when you get out, first the weight of the water and as it runs down through the layers, then as air bubbles start to replace the water the sensation is .. well arousing . If you then walk or move around you can feel the water squelching in all sorts of nice places. If you haven't tried it you will never know!

I'm at a loss. I'm seeing pics and videos of girls in winter coats getting wet.

I assume it's a sexual thing for some, but I just cant see how. There's no

clinging, Nothing to accentuate the woman's figure. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
