Bing have a famous people image search which I used to identify this with an image of the actress, It came back with Leeanna Walsman.
From there you can track down the film: "Tangles and Knots (2017)".
It's actually on youtube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEinytVNDnI.
It is in the comments of the video too.
