Known problem. I haven't found a way. Bottom line, they just miss out on a lot of money until they get their act together and implement a patreon program. This has been brought up many times and they are just not interested in fixing this problem. Their loss really. It's too bad, because it is such an easy fix. Everyone else is using patreon these days.
