Wetlook producer are, for the most part, doing a good job satisfying those that are "into" the kind of wetlook that sells. Back in the 70's I placed an ad in the local newspaper (remember newspapers? LOL) seeking girls 18+ for photoshoots. The ad was very explicit saying that they needed to wear their own dressy clothes, shoes, hose, and underthings - and that they need to be willing to get completely wet and sometimes muddy. The response was so great that I had to physically disconnect my telephone! I did a large number of shoots with some of those who responded. None of this was sexual in any fashion (one woman had her husband also do pix while she and her three girls (yes, children) also participated. It was a whole lot of fun for everyone. Were I to advertise today not only would I likely get many rude comments but might also be visited by LEA. Sad that things have evolved this way.

Follow up to Ane's post last Sunday, I am really old, so fail to understand why this topic is so sensitive. Yes, we were told to not get our clothes (especially shoes, since they were made of genuine leather back then) wet, but when it happened everyone usually just got a laugh out of it. We took the same approach with our daughters. One time our 11 yr old came running home from school, tore through the house and jumped right in the pool, still wearing her saddle shoes, bobby sox, poodle skirt, blouse and sweater! When we asked her why, she said it was fun and went around telling her friends who all got a good laugh out of it. Both girls went in the pool fully clothed at other times, but there was NOTHING sexual about it, just good "clean" fun!
