This is because of Verotel. Every website still using Verotel should change the billing.

I am trying to order from wetlooker.com. The payment fails everytime. I used Visa gift card, Amex gift card, and Visa One Vanilla card. The visa cards work with vidown, but fail on wetlooker.com, ccbill, and paypal. Anyone have a solution or idea on how I can order with gift cards on their site?
