Been on the hunt for a week, but no luck.

I'm looking for a newer video of a women standing on the street at night at night in the rain. She's wearing all black, leather/vinyl pants, and a shiny jacket.

I don't know what language she's speaking, for some reason I want to say she was in Budapest or Bucharest, but certainly a city in central or eastern Europe. At one point she's talking to a few men, then she goes out in the rain and dances a a bit and eventually lies down on the ground.

The quality of the video was very high, she might have been a YouTuber type person. In the past I think I found it on here or a YouTube playlist, but having no luck now.

Any help is appreciated.
